About the Role

We are looking for performance-minded automotive service technicians that will help us continue to drive success. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and lucrative role for the next step in your career.

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools

Requirements

Automotive Technicians of ALL LEVELS welcomed
2+ years of experience in a dealership or private repair shop
Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
Diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems and tools
Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics
Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Must be able to provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
