About the Role
Coordinate workflow between Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely repairs and exceptional customer service within the Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule repair orders
- Collaborate with technicians, advisors, and management
- Assign work based on technician skill level and availability
- Monitor shop workflow and prioritize repairs
- Open and close repair orders
- Coordinate parts availability with the Parts Department
- Manage comeback repairs and warranty documentation
- Maintain dispatch logs and vehicle status records
- Support quality control and timely repair completion
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Communicate with customers and co-workers
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Be team-oriented and detail-focused
Skills
- CDK experience is a plus
