About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our customer-focused sales team. This role offers a terrific opportunity for top-notch performers who love what they do, bring positive energy, and take pride in providing great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Must have experience in the auto industry.
- Must have knowledge of F&I regulations.
- Must maintain high customer service satisfaction.
- Must be confident, independent, and driven to win.
- Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting Preferred.
- CDK experience a huge plus!
- Documentation of current and past performance.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required.
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be willing to work in a drug-free workplace.
