About the Role
Design, model, and detail moderately complex projects in collaboration with Structural Engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, model, and detail moderately complex projects.
- Work closely with Structural Engineering teams.
- Prepare 3D models and engineered plans and details.
- Follow design codes and governmental regulations.
- Create drafting models using CAD and 3D Modeling software.
- Identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Aid engineering teams in preparing designs or construction plans in Revit.
- Model structural design layouts.
- Model buildings and equipment.
- Prepare 3D coordination models for construction teams.
- Draft structural steel fabrication detailed plans.
- Utilize AutoCAD 3D or Revit for design tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Experience using Autodesk CAD and 3D Modeling Software (AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Etc.).
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
- Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
