About the Role
Fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role as a Senior Business Analyst working with a highly prestigious end client. The Senior Business Analyst will work as part of cross-functional teams and partner closely with business stakeholders to enable successful implementation of change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Working within a project or programme to complete business analysis activities and artefacts in accordance with required governance.
- Defining, analysing, refining, and enabling the delivery of the product roadmap and implementation of product backlog items in collaboration with the product team.
- Producing or contributing to the BA approach, collaborating and socialising it with stakeholders.
- Delivering BA services on project, programme, or product teams.
- Building trusted relationships with business and technology colleagues, as well as third parties.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, operating at overall (SFIA) Level 4, with a working knowledge of the skill levels listed for that level.
- SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance.
- Extensive experience in eliciting, analysing, and managing complex business requirements.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
- Experience using data and insight to influence decision making and drive change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, able to engage large and diverse groups and manage uncertainty effectively.
- Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Product Management, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in developing and using operating models and business processes, including BPMN 2.0.
- Experience working within financial institutions for at least 5 years.
- Experience delivering projects related to Banking and payments, with a focus on Trading, Investment, Banking, and/or Treasury.
