About the Role
This role offers a permanent opportunity as a Senior PMO Analyst, supporting critical systems, evolving data analytics, reinventing online presence, introducing a digital workplace, and maintaining the property estate. You will join a team focused on delivering key objectives and strategic priorities, ensuring delivery with the right people and in the right way. Responsibilities
- Planning, RAID management, and Project/Programme Monitoring & Reporting, including cross-referencing, analyzing, and challenging where appropriate.
- Identifying and monitoring key performance indicators to highlight capacity/capability constraints, resource over-commitment, or changes in specific areas.
- Budget management and financial forecasting.
- Arranging Board meetings, ensuring critical stakeholder attendance, producing and distributing relevant materials, providing status reports, and following up on actions.
- Providing secretariat functions at meetings and responding to stakeholder queries.
- Ensuring adherence to Governance processes.
- Coordinating the change control process for Projects or Programmes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the PMO community.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior PMO Analyst working on high priority, complex, business and IT programmes and projects.
- Excellent experience in producing high-quality documentation, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sources, draw conclusions, and derive recommendations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to connect with all organizational levels, with the ability to challenge constructively while maintaining excellent working relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across project and organizational boundaries to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a diverse workload and prioritize amidst conflicting demands and busy periods.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
