About the Role
Join an extraordinary and exciting company as a key team player reporting to the General Manager. You will be involved in maintaining and encouraging high-performing teams, upholding systems and procedures, and working closely with FOH and BOH Teams. Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, and senior management.
- Create, foster, and maintain a rave-worthy bar program.

- Conduct recruitment, selection, training, and development initiatives.
- Manage performance and coach employees.
- Apply conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with tracking sales, invoicing, and managing inventory.
- Conduct and coach the management team to host well-informed briefings.
- Schedule according to strong grasp or service needs experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar work environment.
- Inspiring and seasoned hospitality professional.
