About the Role
Twist N Flip Gymnastics is seeking a Preschool Program Leader to own and grow our Preschool Academy and Preschool programs at the Rotterdam location. This role involves shaping the learning experience for young children, building a team of instructors, strengthening family relationships, and creating an exciting preschool environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Preschool Academy and Preschool programs.
- Teach classes and create a fun, safe, engaging environment.
- Develop progressive, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Welcome new students and support families.
- Train, mentor, and support preschool coaches.
- Observe classes and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure staff maintain required certifications and program standards.
- Recognize great work and build a positive team culture.
- Partner with leadership on enrollment, retention, and program goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve the student and family experience.
- Support preschool events and activities.
- Make the program stronger, more consistent, and more effective.
- Complete required documentation, including lesson plans and training records.
- Manage program supplies, props, and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with families and colleagues.
- Assist with class coverage and occasional Saturday events (approx. one per month).
- Maintain regular availability Tuesday-Thursday from 9:30 AM-12:00 PM and for evening Preschool classes.
Requirements
