About the Role

FP&A analyst for the Japan CRM business, serving as the finance partner for the commercial team and leading/supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Japan CRM business.
• Control capital expenses, variable and fixed operating expenses, headcount management, and working capital.
• Provide periodic support such as month-end reports to several Japan-based global function teams.
• Help drive strategic projects for CRM or the overall AMJ enterprise.
• Assist in performing oversight to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements and compliance with policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong in Excel.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English (speaking/reading/writing).
