About the Role
Judgment Labs is building the infrastructure for continual learning in long-horizon AI agents, turning long agent trajectories into clean, structured data for various AI workflows. This role focuses on end-to-end customer engagement, technical execution, and product judgment, translating customer needs into product direction and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs on technical sales, including discovery, demos, and answering product questions.
- Deploy and embed Judgment Labs' ABM platform and AI components into customer environments.
- Integrate monitoring and evaluation into customer AI workflows.
- Guide customers through technical decisions regarding agent monitoring and evaluation strategy.
- Own multiple customer engagements from initial technical conversation through adoption.
- Translate customer feedback into product direction, identifying features to build, fix, or discard.
- Prototype and demo new features, ship PRs, and collaborate with engineering on product changes.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-based systems into production environments.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems and integrate AI infrastructure into customer workflows.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into concrete technical solutions and evaluation strategies.
- Strong product sense to identify underlying problems and articulate valuable solutions.
- Comfort prototyping and shipping changes quickly.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including clear communication of complex technical concepts.
- Comfort owning customer engagements end-to-end.
- Desire to be a technical founder in the future.
