About the Role
Join Qonto as a Social Media Working Student to help build our presence on social platforms and in the inbox. You will create engaging content, support the customer newsletter, and collaborate with marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact social content, including copy, graphics, and short-form video.
- Scout creators and customer voices for featuring.
- Support event amplification by producing content and coordinating giveaways.
- Maintain social presence by monitoring competitor activity and managing community interactions.
- Own the customer newsletter, including writing copy, building it in the CRM, and coordinating delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent-level German with strong English.
- Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communication with 1-2 years of study remaining.
- Experience creating content on camera and behind the scenes.
- Skilled at coordinating across stakeholders.
- Comfortable with AI tools for content creation, research, or reporting.
