Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily production.
- Ensure quality assurance according to aviation-specific standards.
- Act as an interface between planning, logistics, quality, and engineering.
- Analyze and optimize processes using Lean, 5S, KVP, and Shopfloor Management methods.
Requirements
- Experience in a production environment or on the shop floor.
- Good understanding of production processes.
- Systematically analyze damages and provide solutions.
- Experience with root cause analysis methods such as 3C, 5Why, and 8D.
- Work independently, structured, and take responsibility directly in the shop floor environment.
