Responsibilities
- Complete award-winning training to learn necessary skills and knowledge.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at customer locations.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness, along with equipment.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy, understanding their needs and recommending efficient solutions.
- Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of customer properties.
- Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss pest management programs.
- Complete all required service-related documentation using a handheld device.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers.
- Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
