About the Role
Join Apple's ASE Compliance organization as a compliance automation engineer. You will help build and grow a global cloud services governance, risk management, and compliance program, ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are met while safeguarding user systems. This hands-on role involves building tools to solve Apple's unique compliance challenges at scale.
Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities to streamline core compliance processes.
- Drive down audit risk.
- Build solutions that can operate at Apple's enormous scale.
- Own end-to-end development processes.
- Take an incremental, modular approach to building large-scale, long-term solutions in a high-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing software or automation.
- Strong software development skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Ability to understand and support Python is required.
- Ability to solicit requirements from end users and design software solutions to address those requirements using modern architectural practices.
- Track record of delivering automation solutions, ideally to address security or compliance problems.
- Understanding of modern SDLC processes and tools.
- Ability to build an end-to-end SDLC pipeline to reliably deploy and manage software solutions.
