  • Responsible for product adoption and collaborating with sales to generate interest and revenue growth for the Integrated Solutions.
  • Capturing customer and field feedback for product updates.
  • Bridging the gap between R&D, engineering, operations, and the GTM teams to align product execution with broader business/portfolio strategy, target costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Partnering with Sales, Business Development, and Applications Engineering to translate complex operator feedback, program office specifications, and competitive intelligence into actionable feature priorities.
  • Supporting defense integrators and system engineers in validating plug-and-play integrations of Silvus turnkey solutions into terrestrial, aerial, and maritime platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support field testing, customer integrations, or customer meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into logical and structured technical requirements.
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional engineering, operations, and sales teams without direct authority to meet rigid release dates.
  • Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
