About the Role
As a working student in SEO, you will be part of our SEO team at Business Insider Deutschland and WELT, helping our journalistic content reach a large audience daily. We believe in the future of journalism as a business model and invest in forward-looking technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support search engine optimization, creation, maintenance, and revision of news formats on businessinsider.de and welt.de
- Contribute to improving the Google visibility of our cooperation projects
- Assist in the creation and evaluation of SEO analyses and reports
- Prepare topics and formulate them in a stylish, precise, and target-group-oriented manner
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an interest in journalistic content
- Curiosity about search engine optimization, Google, and AI
- Previous experience in writing and revising editorial content
- Independent analytical working style and proficiency in MS Excel & Office
- Knowledge of content management systems is advantageous
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
