  • Shape product strategy and positioning, building a case for future direction.
  • Balance business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends when sequencing work.
  • Define problem sets and jobs to be done for each initiative.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into specifications and milestones.
  • Break large initiatives into releasable increments that provide early customer value.
  • Stay close to the development process, resolving ambiguity and ensuring launch readiness.

  • Define success metrics before launch, including adoption, time saved, and retention impact.
  • Analyze product usage data and customer outcomes post-release to inform future prioritization.
  • Work with Product Marketing to position new capabilities and shape messaging.
  • Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to effectively sell and support new features.
  • Translate product functionality into narratives and practical applications for customer-facing teams.
  • Lead internal training, demos, and Q&A sessions for the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software.
  • Experience owning a product or major product area end to end, including discovery, delivery, and measurement.

  • Prior experience working on agentic and/or AI-native products (workflow automation, interactive assistants, integration platforms, agentic tooling, or similar).
  • A working understanding of how AI and LLM-based capabilities are designed into products.
  • A systems mindset, thinking in terms of workflows, dependencies, and process integration.
  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, capable of technical and strategic conversations.
  • Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.
  • A collaborative, no-ego approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Resourcefulness and persistence when facing unclear paths.
  • Energetic, empathetic, and earnest with a record of delivering quality work on schedule.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.
