About the Role

As a Shift Lead at Canna Cabana in Berlin-Mitte, you will be responsible for the store's operations during your shift, coordinating the team, and ensuring efficient, customer-oriented workflows to provide an optimal shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the shift by coordinating the team and ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager.
Oversee sales processes during the shift, ensuring professional customer advice and addressing specific customer needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional consultation.
Monitor sales figures during the shift, actively contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets, and implement sales strategies to boost productivity and customer loyalty.
Assist with inventory management, including placing orders and ensuring proper product presentation.
Support the adherence to all legal regulations and quality standards.
Ensure all operational procedures are executed according to company guidelines, such as handling daily revenue and store opening/closing.

Requirements

Completed commercial apprenticeship or business administration degree.
Solid practical experience in retail.
Experience in team leadership and development, with the ability to motivate a team.
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
Good analytical understanding.
Fluent German language skills.
Ability to conduct customer conversations in English.
