About the Role
As a Shift Lead at Canna Cabana in Berlin-Mitte, you will be responsible for the store's operations during your shift, coordinating the team, and ensuring efficient, customer-oriented workflows to provide an optimal shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the shift by coordinating the team and ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager.
- Oversee sales processes during the shift, ensuring professional customer consultation and addressing specific customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional advice.
- Monitor sales figures during the shift, actively contributing to achieving or exceeding sales targets through targeted sales strategies to increase productivity and customer loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, handle orders, and ensure proper product presentation.
- Support the adherence to all legal regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure all operational procedures are implemented according to company guidelines, including handling daily revenues and store opening/closing.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or business administration degree.
- Solid practical experience in retail.
- Experience in team leadership and development, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
- Good analytical understanding.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Ability to conduct customer conversations in English.
