About the Role

As an SDR, you’ll deliver Nominal’s vision of providing continuous testing to the industrial base, equipping engineers to deploy capability at scale, in the shortest time possible. You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations—building the early commercial pipeline, testing messaging, researching the market, and supporting key deals. This is a hands-on role with real scope for impact and upward mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Build the commercial pipeline through direct outreach, market research, or channel-building experiments.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy by testing outbound scripts, refining messaging, segmenting the market, and designing experiments.
  • Support sales operations by providing research and collateral, and setting up processes for the GTM stack.
  • Grow into an Account Executive role by identifying ICP fit and potential use-cases, and taking on sales ownership and quota-carrying responsibility.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Technical fluency to understand and communicate technical products and use cases.
  • Scrappy, sharp, and fast-moving with the ability to solve messy, open-ended problems.
  • Resilient and persistent, using setbacks as motivation.
  • Strong communication instincts, adapting to different audiences and writing clearly.
  • A builder’s mindset, entrepreneurial and proactive in creating repeatable systems.

Skills

  • Familiarity with sales & GTM tools: HubSpot, Common Room, Clay, Apollo, n8n, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to heavy industry domains: aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, manufacturing
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or working on/with growth-stage B2B SaaS teams
