About the Role
As a Director, Client Delivery at Kibo, you will manage client relationships, oversee the implementation of Kibo’s products for new clients, and provide post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight on Kibo’s implementation projects, working alongside the client and their system integrator across design, build, and test phases.
- Ensure the implementation design and plan align project requirements and client business objectives.
- Lead technical and business discussions to guide the project team on configuring or extending the Kibo platform.
- Provide guidance in project planning, milestones, go-live/solution rollouts, and risk identification/mitigation.
- Develop and maintain best practices documentation and reusable frameworks to expedite project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Kibo’s products when reported by a client.
