About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience, contributing to store sales and profits. You will prioritize customers, offer support, and share product and fashion knowledge. You will also maintain a pleasant shopping environment through store operations and garment care. Share your knowledge and skills with team members, foster a positive work environment through mutual support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Display, replenish, organize, and maintain merchandise and displays.
- Actively process, replenish, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor and in stock rooms.
- Unpack merchandise, apply security tags, and label items.
- Support customer purchases and returns at the register and handle general store operations.
Requirements
- Must be a team player with a proactive, helpful approach that promotes cooperation and team success.
- Must have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and optimistic when interacting with colleagues and customers, and be highly motivated.
- Must be flexible in adapting to changing situations and customer needs, and act proactively to respond to customer needs quickly and effectively.
- Must have strong communication skills, be sociable, and promote active interaction with colleagues and customers.
- No experience necessary.
- Must love H&M and fashion.
- Must be able to take a proactive and kind approach to customer service and be a team player.
