Responsibilities
- Follow established opening and closing procedures ensuring premises are safe and valuables are secured.
- Inspect ATMs to detect skimming devices.
- Observe and report suspicious persons or activity.
- Maintain good customer relations by assisting with needs and directing them to the proper bank employee.
- Assist elderly or disabled customers.
- Ensure floors are kept free of trip and slip hazards.
- Assist management in maintaining order with dissatisfied customers.
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Willing and able to relocate to other branch offices on short notice.
Skills
- Law enforcement knowledge is helpful.
- Active NYS Security Guard License preferred.
- Good customer service skills.
- Access to a personal vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license preferred.
