About the Role

Join Lincoln Tech as a Maintenance Professional dedicated to upholding facility standards. This role requires prompt response to work orders, efficient resolution of maintenance issues, and completion of assigned projects to ensure a safe and functional environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform all types of routine maintenance work
Service onsite equipment and machinery
Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment
Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required
Perform inventory control and tracking

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades
Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
Valid Driver's License
