  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of borrower operations, financial performance, liquidity, collateral, and overall relationship structure prior to transitioning to ABL underwriting team for final approval.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing ABL clients, coordinating ongoing servicing needs, financial reporting requirements, and relationship activities.
  • Partner with ABL Relationship Managers to manage client relationships, identify emerging needs, and support relationship retention, expansion, and profitability.
  • Identify potential relationship concerns and proactively communicate recommendations to ABL leadership and appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Review borrowing base certificates, collateral reporting, accounts receivable and inventory trends, and other information supporting the ongoing administration of ABL facilities.
  • Review reporting covering monitoring of collateral performance, availability, advance rates, dilution, concentrations, and other factors affecting borrowing capacity.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of loan agreements, borrowing base provisions, collateral eligibility requirements, and transaction-specific covenants.
  • Analyze borrower financial statements, operating performance, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital trends to support ongoing relationship management.
  • Work collaboratively with Credit Administration and other approval authorities to facilitate timely review and execution of credit requests.
  • Monitor compliance with approved credit terms, financial covenants, reporting requirements, and loan documentation.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving documentation exceptions, covenant issues, and other portfolio management matters.
  • Support internal portfolio reviews, regulatory examinations, and audit requests.
  • Support ABL leadership and Relationship Managers in managing portfolio capacity, client responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in client meetings, relationship reviews, and discussions involving facility structures, collateral performance, and ongoing financing needs.
  • Coordinate with Treasury Management and other Bank partners to identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding new ABL relationships, including coordination of documentation, collateral reporting, loan closing, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely portfolio information, relationship reporting, and internal management updates.
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of ABL portfolio management processes and practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
