About the Role
As a member of the Hospitality Team, you are the heart and soul of the guest experience, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, running food, and ensuring every visitor leaves happier than when they arrived.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, process transactions accurately, and offer menu suggestions via the Point of Sale system.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Maintain deep menu knowledge and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations.
- Run food to tables accurately and promptly.
- Proactively offer refills and identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room.
- Collaborate with managers and the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights.

Experience Level
- 2 years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- 2 years of experience using POS systems preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $10.00 to $13.00 per hour based on experience, plus pooled tips.
