About the Role
A top producing team at Marcus & Millichap, the nation's leading commercial real estate investment sales company, is seeking a talented, career-minded, and experienced Graphic Designer in their Phoenix office. The individual will be responsible for providing marketing and creative assistance to provide value to their business. The ideal candidate should have an interest in a dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and grow in a multitude of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials including informational marketing brochures, offering memorandums, and proposals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Assist in the utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations.
- Create floor plans and site plans.
- Proofread and edit marketing packages for superior quality.
- Maintain current use of social media, team websites, and email marketing.
- Perform research (10-15% of time).
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources.
- Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media and corporate branding.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Versatile and flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
