About the Role
Join our team as a school driver, transporting 2-5 students in a company-provided car or minivan. This role offers paid training, a consistent Monday-Friday split shift schedule, and the opportunity to make a difference in your community by ensuring students get to school safely.
Responsibilities
- Drive a school minivan/car route, picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
- Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.
- Clean minivan/car as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving history.
- Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months.
- Ability and willingness to obtain the necessary license.
- Complete comprehensive training program.
- Pass pre-employment screenings.
