About the Role
Join the team at Berliner Kaffeerösterei, a family-run business with three generations of passion for coffee roasting, patisserie, and manufacturing. We are seeking service staff for our flagship café located at Uhlandstraße near Ku'damm.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent hospitality to international guests, offering expert advice on coffee roasts.
- Independently manage your station, including digital payment processing, while maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Prepare coffee specialties using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or several years of professional experience.
- Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
- A valid infection protection certificate ("Rote Karte").
- Friendly and competent demeanor with a genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
