About the Role
You design everything people see from Uare.ai: the product they use every day and the pages, ads, and decks that bring them in. You take a direction and run with it, make the calls, and show work early. No hand-holding, no waiting for a perfect brief.
Responsibilities
- Ship product design for onboarding, voice capture, memberships, and professional business flows across web and mobile.
- Design marketing materials including landing pages, paid ads, social media content, sales decks, and one-pagers on a weekly cadence.
- Utilize and extend the design system to ensure brand consistency across product and marketing.
- Translate short briefs into design options within a day and finished assets within a few days.
- Measure the impact of shipped designs on activation and conversion, and iterate based on data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing both shipped product and marketing work.
- A portfolio showcasing real, shipped work in both product and marketing, not just prototypes.
- Fluent in Figma.
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual judgment.
- Ability to work independently from a direction, not a detailed specification.
- Experience with motion and short-form video is a plus.
- Front-end skills (React, HTML/CSS) are a plus.
- Experience with brand systems at an early-stage company is a plus.
- Experience designing for AI products is a plus.
