About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Manager of Executive Keynotes to shape how Cyera's leaders present on major stages in Security and AI. You will build and own the keynote and speaking program from conception to completion, transforming research, product vision, and customer success into impactful presentations that set the industry agenda and build memorable thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, narrative, and production of keynotes for senior leaders, managing the entire process from theme and story structure to scripts, slides, rehearsal, and delivery.
- Build and manage the executive speaking program for customer conferences and flagship events, shaping the main stage content including keynotes, fireside chats, customer sessions, and panels.
- Partner with the External Comms team to support executive speaking at industry conferences, analyst events, and media forums, preparing content for leaders with sharp messaging and clear goals.
- Maintain a consistent platform-level story across Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security, developing a library of core narratives, proof points, customer stories, and data for executive use.
- Collaborate closely with executives to understand their voice, strengths, and perspectives, helping them develop authentic and aligned points of view, and providing direct, constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in executive communications, keynote development, speechwriting, product marketing, or corporate communications.
- B2B technology or enterprise security experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of building keynotes and executive narratives for major stages; experience with events like Dreamforce, Team, RSA, or similar is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and elevate the work of others.
- Experience building thought leadership programs with significant reach through speaking, bylines, media, or social channels.
- Strong presentation instincts and proficiency in presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides, or similar).
- Experience coaching senior executives, including C-suite, and building trust.
- Strong project leadership skills, capable of managing multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and high-visibility moments calmly.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, accessible language for CISOs and boards.
- AI fluency, understanding how to leverage AI tools for research, drafting, and production to enhance quality and speed.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trust across various teams and balancing competing priorities.
- Alignment with company operating principles (push boundaries, own and act, elevate together) and a collaborative style.
- Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent of the time for events.
