About the Role
Help us revolutionize the massage industry in Germany. Your talent for spotting talent and team dynamics enables you to find, develop, and nurture the right people. You will be at the heart of the company, not just on the sidelines. Your work will have a direct impact, and you will actively help build the department.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruiting: Guide candidates for our massage and reception teams from the first call through the interview process to the contract signing.
- Trial sessions in studios: Coordinate trial days and massages with studio managers. You may also test some trial massages yourself.
- Offers & Closing: Assess a candidate's professional standing, prepare a suitable offer, and conduct the final interview.
- Your Pipelines: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for specific cities or roles, gaining deep knowledge of your candidates and studios.
- Maintain Overview: Always know the status of your pipelines and identify any bottlenecks.
- Own Projects: Contribute and implement your own ideas, such as recruiting events, new approaches to our recruiting strategy, or improvements to the application process.
- Work Smarter: Gradually automate recurring tasks with team support. No prior experience is needed, freeing up time for crucial conversations.
Requirements
- Recruiting experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, preferably in a dynamic environment like a start-up or agency.
- Intuition for people: Quickly assess candidate fit and speak with therapists at eye level.
- Pace & Reliability: Respond within 24 hours. Good candidates won't wait.
- Ownership: Follow up persistently, even if there's no immediate response.
- Organized: Maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meticulously manage information.
- Curiosity for new tools: Eager to make processes better and simpler.
- Languages: Fluent German and English (C1). Comfortable conducting interviews in both languages.
- Plus: Experience and interest in wellness, health, or hospitality.
