About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Video Producer to manage video production from concept to completion, including brainstorming, scripting, shooting, and editing. This role is crucial for creating engaging videos for TV commercials, social media, and internal communications, playing an integral part in shaping our business's visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute video ideas inspired by dealerships to promote each location.
- Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts and narratives aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Edit video footage into polished, compelling stories.
- Manage lighting design and audio mixing for professional-quality audio and visuals.
- Create videos that adhere to brand compliance guidelines and submit for approval.
- Implement feedback from the team and managers to refine and improve videos.
- Ensure all created content meets the highest professional standards.
- Deliver high-quality videos in short time frames due to multiple business locations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of professional or freelance video production experience.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to meet deadlines and keep production on schedule.
- Ability to develop a clear plan for every video from ideation to execution.
- Ability to communicate video plans effectively before production.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and be open to constructive feedback.
- Ability to take initiative, make independent decisions, and solve problems independently.
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy office, juggling multiple projects.
- Understanding of the importance of fast-paced work and commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Skills
- Proficient in industry-standard software including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve.
