About the Role
VP Product, reporting to the CEO, to drive the company’s next phase of growth. This role involves partnering closely with the CEO and management team on company and product strategy, developing and scaling our go-to-market (GTM) motion, and delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Build products that drive value for customers.
- Run a product organization that focuses on impactful areas and collaborates effectively with engineering.
- Engage directly with companies to understand market needs and educate others on new products.
- Develop the current team of product managers and recruit new teammates.
Requirements
- Operated in a high-growth startup environment.
- Fintech experience in the infrastructure or application layer.
- Strong communicator and storyteller.
- History of operating as a player-coach.
- Prior experience with developer/API products is a plus.
- Payments experience is a strong plus.
