About the Role
Titan's Brand Designer will own the company's visual identity across all platforms, including web, social media, marketing campaigns, and the product itself. This role is ideal for an early-career designer with strong taste and a desire for ownership, working directly with founders and the head of design.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Titan brand into a full system: type, color, layout, imagery, and guidelines.
- Build templates and components to ensure brand consistency.
- Design decks, one-pagers, and partner materials.
- Own Titan's visual presence on social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create graphics, motion, and templates for launches, campaigns, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency while evolving the visual style.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate the brand into the app, including UI details and new features.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of brand or visual design experience.
- A public portfolio showcasing work aligned with Titan's brand direction.
- Experience building or extending a brand system with a clear rationale.
- Demonstrated range across brand, web, and product design.
- Ability to independently manage projects from brief to completion with speed and quality.
- Willingness to explore new tools, including motion, generative code, and AI.
- Enthusiasm for consumer finance.
