About the Role

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (design, site operations, and subcontractors), ensure quality installation designs, and support the successful delivery of engineering activities and much more. The Strategic Delivery Coordinator will work as the key interface between the Installation Department and the Planning Team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining signalling installation timelines, identifying critical paths, and supporting strategic decision-making through visual roadmaps and schedule simulations.

  • Translate complex scheduling data into actionable insights for field teams.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for time-related coordination within the Installation Department.
  • Facilitate schedule alignment meetings with Planning, Engineering, and Construction teams.
  • Ensure timely communication of schedule risks, changes, and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule status reports, highlighting gaps and progress against baselines.
  • Maintain traceability of schedule inputs and assumptions.
  • Support the return of experience (REX) process by documenting lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, signalling, installation or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or installation coordination.
