About the Role
Seeking a talented Cook/Culinarian to join our hospitality team at Minnowbrook Conference Center. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a higher educational setting with a focus on work/life balance, flexible schedules, and no late nights. Ideal for Culinary and Hospitality School Grads.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef Menus.
- Inventory and portion ingredients.
- Assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories.
- Maintain sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning.
- Willingness to contribute where needed.
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
- Must bring a smile and strong work ethic.
- Background checks and drug screening are required.
