About the Role
Provide customer service with the responsibility of systematic transactions and the facilitation of International shipments, receipts, and the on site movement of material, meeting the standards of the customer, US and International shipping regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work and operate in a fast-paced, clean room environment.
- Work and operate in a clean room suit/bunny suit for extended periods.
- Maintain systematic and logical inventory in SAP or similar operating systems.
- Receive deliveries, update material trackers, and manage inventory.
- Facilitate the movement of material for engineering usage and return to storage.
- Track material flow using logistic software, websites, and email.
- Receive daily deliveries and ensure 100% accountability of material requests.
- Maintain Shipping and Receiving logs in Excel spreadsheet format.
- Process return of materials from customer site to offsite warehouse.
- Verify and notify requestors for shortages, overages, and address/billing information.
- Ensure correct and timely material handover process with engineers.
- Compare and ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct against customer orders.
- Assist customer in reintroduction of material into SMS management system.
- Control customer dock activities and company equipment/materials.
- Ensure proper ESD requirements are met when handling material.
- Physically move material between Cleanroom Lay Down Area and System Work Area.
- Safely operate a manual pallet jack.
- Conduct Cycle counts of inventory.
- Log material moved in/out.
- Expedite line down parts and urgent material needs.
- Perform daily material staging, returns, and system work area organization.
- Prepare materials for return, ensuring proper identification, packaging, and completeness.
- Perform onsite technical support involving heavy lifting of equipment & modules.
- Work in a clean-room production environment and/or laboratory setting.
- Perform all duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
- Operate MHE and other power tools for crating/de-crating and material movement.
- Maintain dock, elevator, vestibule, and laydown areas to conform with customer norms (Housekeeping).

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch
