Responsibilities
- Help provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children.
- Provide play-based learning opportunities for all children.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents, and carers.
- Report issues of concern to a senior team member.
- Ensure high levels of interaction with children to help extend their learning.
- Support children at mealtimes, ensuring these provide a positive social experience.
- Provide support for children who are transitioning to new settings.
- Help children with feeding, changing clothes, nappies, and toileting.
Requirements
- Experience of working with children.
Skills
- Positive attitude and creative ideas to inspire learning.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children.
- Great planning and organisation skills.
- Willingness to learn.
