Oakland Medical is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable, organized and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with in person and virtual visits
- Collaborate with supervising physicians
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+
- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements
- Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active NY state license
- Masters Diploma from certified PA program/NP Program
