- Identify dissatisfaction, disengagement, or churn risk early and collaborate with internal teams on retention plans.
- Run business reviews connecting Utility Profit's results to partner operations.
- Follow issues through to resolution when cross-functional help is needed.
- Own an expansion number, identifying, developing, pitching, and closing expansion opportunities within existing strategic Enterprise accounts.
- Identify the next revenue opportunities in each account, such as additional portfolios, deeper workflow adoption, and new use cases.
- Differentiate organic usage growth from commercial expansion opportunities.
- Build a clear point of view on where the next increment of revenue will come from for each account.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure account support and incorporate partner feedback.
- Advocate for strategic Enterprise accounts and bring partner needs and market feedback into the product roadmap.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to address adoption, workflow, or integration issues blocking retention or expansion.
- Prepare internal teams for changes affecting strategic partners.
- Represent Utility Profit at relevant Enterprise and PropTech events.
- Develop strong fluency in Utility Profit's platform, partner workflows, and the single-family rental operating model.
Requirements
