About the Role
Aflac Long Island is seeking to bring on 3 new advisors to help local employers protect their employees while building your own long-term success. This role offers professional growth and personal fulfillment in a dynamic business-to-business environment.
Responsibilities
- Working with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions
- Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals
- Conduct engaging presentations and benefit enrollments in-person and virtually
- Deliver exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities
Requirements
- A confident, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic
- Prior experience a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
