About the Role
Knight Frank is seeking a Surveyor to join the Industrial & Logistics Agency team at their London headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with clients, occupiers, and transactions across London and the South East while building a long-term career in the industrial and logistics sector.
Responsibilities
- Inspect new projects and opportunities for client reporting and pitches
- Maintain property data, schedules, and market information
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns
- Communicate with occupiers to understand their requirements
- Conduct property viewings across London and the South East
- Build client relationships and attend meetings
- Support and negotiate lettings and sales
- Collaborate with the wider UK commercial network
Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Confident and personable demeanor
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment
- Commercially minded with a drive to build relationships
- Ability to work in a busy, collaborative team
