Responsibilities

Engage with customers and lead by example, creating a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment.
Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure efficient store operations.
Guide the team to assist customers and promote selling.
Mentor and coach team members, supporting their skill development.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with management.
Find creative solutions to enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and store performance.
Act with integrity in all words and actions.
Embody core values of service, inclusion, and education.
Be reliable and punctual.
Support the team and customers by being flexible and adapting to changing needs.

Requirements

Prior experience in retail management as a Lead Manager managing a team of 15+ employees for at least 2 years.
Extensive fashion knowledge, including familiarity with labels, brands, designers, and current trends.
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Authorization to work in the United States.
