About the Role
As Creative Producer (Gaming), you will take ownership of videos from ideation through to execution. You will be involved in every MoreSidemen session, organizing external talent, capturing content, and ensuring key moments and deliverables are met during each recording.
Responsibilities
- Ideating for new gaming videos and fresh twists on existing formats, with a clear understanding of what makes an entertaining MoreSidemen video
- Building ideas into fully functional videos; developing challenges, organizing resources, and working with relevant team members to prepare for recording
- Organizing and hosting internal playtests across our gaming formats, including Among Us
- Managing priorities, timelines, and preparation across multiple videos
- Hosting all gaming sessions with the Sidemen, explaining rules, handling issues, and keeping sessions moving efficiently
Requirements
- Follows gaming YouTube content, and understands the Sidemen’s humour and audience.
- Can turn a creative idea into a practical plan, and follow it through with strong attention to even the smallest details.
- Enjoys testing formats, spotting problems, and finding solutions.
- Excellent organization skills to juggle multiple ideas, schedules and deadlines.
- Experience working on creator-led or YouTube-native gaming content.
