About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. You will have the opportunity to work with talented individuals and deliver high standards on exciting construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Pro-actively managing projects.
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification.
- 3-5 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
- Construction Stage Data Centre Experience (preferably with a consultancy).
- Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
- Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
- Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
Skills
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
- Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
