About the Role
Cleo Health is building an AI suite to improve clinical documentation, coding, and billing for large acute care enterprises, aiming to make clinicians' lives easier.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end, across the full stack.
- Own the interfaces clinicians interact with daily, focusing on usability, reliability, and speed.
- Build next-gen AI agents to automate clinical workflows.
- Collaborate across engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
- Engage with customers regularly to understand clinical workflows and drive product development.
- Improve data quality, edge-case handling, and system reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product engineering experience.
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend.
- Proficient with AI-native dev tools.
- Comfortable building with LLMs.
- Strong product instincts and user focus.
- Ability to own ambiguous surface areas where engineering and product overlap.
- Commitment to improving doctors' lives and patient care.
- Healthcare, health-tech, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
