About the Role
Assist with the installation of alarm systems under direct supervision, supporting senior team members while learning basic industry practices, tools, and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of alarm systems under direct supervision.
- Support senior technicians with daily job site tasks.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment under supervision.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Learn and follow installation standards and code requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform work in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
- Adhere to instructions and guidance from supervisors.
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
