About the Role
El Siete is a new 60-cover lounge in Soho, London, inspired by a cult Mexico City nightclub. The bar program focuses on agave spirits, offering a curated selection of margaritas, mezcals, tequilas, and innovative cocktails. We are seeking a Bartender to join our team and contribute to a warm, fun, and bewitching night out.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-quality drinks with attention to balance, technique, and presentation.
- Work to spec while bringing care and personality to every serve.
- Talk guests through the drinks with ease, demonstrating good knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens.
- Help create a great atmosphere at the bar with a warm, friendly approach.
- Follow opening and closing procedures accurately and consistently.
- Adhere to all Food Safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with a strong team ethic and respect for colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience working as a bartender in a quality, cocktail-focused bar environment.
- Excellent knowledge of agave spirits, with a genuine passion for margaritas, mezcal, tequila, and seasonal cocktails.
- Strong command of the English language and clear communication during service.
- A positive, hands-on attitude.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and your own career development.
