About the Role
As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Hiatus, you’ll practice a holistic approach to aesthetics. You’ll have the freedom to practice like an independent provider with all the support, security, and community of being part of something bigger. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable and regenerative treatments including Sculptra, PRF, EZ Gel, Dysport/Botox, Juvederm and Restylane dermal fillers, SkinPen, SkinVive, medical-grade peels, and more.
- Understand each guest's needs and design thoughtful treatment plans to achieve their individual aesthetic goals.
- Support long-term results through education and high-level care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with Texas med spa regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to support promotions, events, and cross-service referrals.
- Contribute to spa growth by meeting individual revenue goals and supporting overall team performance metrics through exceptional patient care and service.
Requirements
- Current RN, NP, or PA license in Texas
- 1 year required, 2+ years preferred experience in injectables
- Current BLS certification
- Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to personal success and the growth of the med spa.
- Take initiative in building and nurturing a loyal clientele, using follow-up, outreach, and meaningful patient interactions to foster long-term trust.
- Welcome every guest with warmth, introducing themselves as a trusted resource from the moment guests walk through the door.
- Optimize every appointment by being a true expert in treatments and retail offerings, ensuring guests receive personalized, comprehensive recommendations.
- Use the tools, resources, and training provided—combined with passion for aesthetics and clinical expertise—to consistently achieve revenue and performance goals.
- Demonstrate a talent for educating and empowering patients, making treatment options clear, approachable, and aligned with individual goals.
- Possess strong relationship-building skills, focused on creating natural, lasting results that keep patients confident in their care.
